Pricing questions

What counts as a visit?

A visit is one session on your site: it ends after 30 minutes without activity. Test traffic and filtered bots don't count. The limit is per account per calendar month, across all your sites.

What happens if I go over my visits?

Nothing is dropped. Pageviews, leads and calls are always collected. You see a notice in the dashboard, and if you stay over the limit for 7 days only session replay pauses until the next month or until you upgrade.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, any time from Plan & billing in the dashboard. Upgrades apply right away and are prorated; cancel and you move to Free at the end of the paid period.

I use Ads Connector. Do I pay twice?

No. Ads Connector Standard includes Starter and Ads Connector Pro includes Pro for the email you use there.
